im altering my personal space, with the help of sef, i have the new look pic, but the two townhall ones are at an angle, and the howarth one is only black and white.

as im in bradford, and can scan a postcard pic of the brontes, townhall and howarth main st.an the alambra.

then make into a jpeg, if there anyway i could get theses three as blobbed or downlaods with the img code to my space. jimcracker jim

The new potential route for getting your own blobs on the site is to join the Photographers Group. However, you (or someone else) would probably still have to write about the subject for which you want the photographs uploaded and submit that to Peer Rreview. With only 3 new Edited Guide entries on most days, you have a better chance than a few years ago of getting a picture though.

Do they still accept them for Post articles? This might be an easier option if it's still open.

you could always convert them to ascii art (A623639) - no restrictions on that - a quick search should reveal a number of programs that will convert a jpeg image to ascii art

as i kive in bradford, i was thinking of doing a guide, with details of the town hall,alambra,the new loyds section, and so on, the pics would offset the guide.

this is my last one a few weeks back, also part was in the post.

who would be the best to aproach for the items i want, getting the pics is no prob, we have postcards in many places, and the local library will scan and make then into jpegs.

There could be a problem with postcard with regards to copyright - it would probably be better if you had pictures that you had taken your self.

hi the postcards are in the info center, for public use, you buy and its yours,i asked once before.

if i could get a garentee that i would be allowed the pics i need, i would start on the search for info tomz at the local lib.

its just as bradford is starting to upgrade with buildings, and the old ones like the town hall and alambra, would with pictures in the guide as i go, would be better than just blah this blah that, jim
