Remember that in the female it is the clitoris not the vagina that leads to orgasm however often it is only the vagina that is stimulated by normal sexual intercourse. Many women cannot reach orgasm through vaginal stimulation alone therefore I would recommend you try to stimulate the clitoris more. This should be done during foreplay using fingers (or even better the tongue) and even during intercourse with a finger.
