You should look at a few and see which one you like. Photobucket is quite good and is free to use. Flickr is another one which seems particularly designed for organising and sharing photos. There are other free ones too. If your photos are to do with a particular subject, it may make more sense to join a message board site dedicated to that subject which also allows member photos.
