A Conversation for How do I...?

Hi. I'm hoping the creative genius of the h2g2 community will be able to help me. I had a perfectly good h2g2 log in, as a matter of fact I'd created a persona and written some articles. One has been included in the edited guide, one has been recommended. Whee - anyway that character's page is located at: http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/U147611.
Unfortunately, I accidently logged myself out and I don't remember what my old BBC login information was. I tried logging in with what I thought it was, and created a new persona. My new page is located at: http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/U181098.
I want my old log in back. I really liked it. Anybody know how to retrieve my old BBC login name? I figure if I can get that I can request a new password and then change it back to what I want it to be . . .
Thank you ever so much.
