h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I just came to think of this again, after having had a more or less religious discussion with a friend (he's a creationist and I'm an evolutionist) and after having decided to perhaps (I always decide to perhaps) make a website about religion and worldviews and add those things I had written for our discussion.

Anyway, to the point (I hope). An angel lives eternally, right? and a good "life" too... I mean the whole point is that the sinners go to hell and the good guys to heaven, right? So they have to be good or they'll lose their wings or something... So, with my starting point in this, imagine:
Life eternal - what would you do?
You don't eat - eating too much is a sin, and besides eating is not necessary because you will hardly starve to death in Heaven. I mean, an angel can't DIE can it(he/she?)?
Would you sleep? And sex? Just forget it! Actually I would assume that most earthly concerns and activities would be forgotten.
So there you are, with life eternal stretching out like a long, white, blinding road ahead of you, and nothing to do?
I can only think of one oe two things actually:
Practice flying
and save mankind from the devil and his demons (including your brat of a little sister)
All in all, it sounds quite tedious to me. But maybe angels' awareness are different from ours... If heaven exists, let's hope it is!
