Ah, I was going to say 'Sorry squire, you-know-what training?' and then the penny dropped . Might I suggest 6:00pm Sunday evening, I find things are always a little slow then, an ideal time to stick Eric on, mix yourself a drink, and settle down with a good book.

My 'Bible' is a book called 'The Complete Bartender' a guide to over 1000 cocktails and mixed drinks .
