Gin Sidecar
1 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Lemon Juice
Combine with ice; shake.
Strain and add ice.
Serve in a |_| accompanied by 'The Sky is Crying' written by Elmore James & performed by Eric Clapton....Perfection

Thank you for reminding me why we're friends Sadly my weekend is going to be largely taken up with the you-know-what training all day Sat plus work Sun morning... but I'm sure I'm going to find at least one opportunity to run your recipe by myself and my good lady

Ah, I was going to say 'Sorry squire, you-know-what training?' and then the penny dropped . Might I suggest 6:00pm Sunday evening, I find things are always a little slow then, an ideal time to stick Eric on, mix yourself a drink, and settle down with a good book.
