Gin Sidecar

1 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Lemon Juice

Combine with ice; shake.
Strain and add ice.

Ah, I was going to say 'Sorry squire, you-know-what training?' and then the penny dropped smiley - smiley. Might I suggest 6:00pm Sunday evening, I find things are always a little slow then, an ideal time to stick Eric on, mix yourself a drink, and settle down with a good book.
