Sure, you can join.

Also, you can choose which Pokémon you get. The normal choices are Pikachu, Eevee, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Charmander, but you can have a squadron of Mews if you like.

A squadron of Mews, hmm ... okay! Five Mews, and me. All at level 100!

Sorry. Special Choices get level 78 or fewer. State your Pokémon, their names, and their levels.

OKAY! These are my Pokémon:

"Nermal" the Mew, level 70, who has Transform, Metronome, Mega Punch, and Psychic.

"Brock" the Mew, level 70, who has Dig, Earthquake, Hyper Beam, and Rockslide.

"Splashy" the Mew, level 70, who has Surf, Hyper Beam, Blizzard, and Bubblebeam.

"Gonzo" the Mew, level 70, who has Bubblebeam, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, and Psychic.

Mew, level 74, who has Fly, Swift, Psychic, and Softboiled.

Mewtwo, level 78, who has Strength, Swift, Psychic, and Recover.

Could you make a rule against people using Mew, Mewtwo, or Pokémon unique to Gold and Silver?

Good idea! Especially since the only Pokémon I know from Gold and Silver are Togepi, Pikablu, Snubble, and the one whose name means "Firestorm"!
