Jimster, do you think there is a case for banning this guy, since all he does is to spam the various review forums?

I witnessed several of the long running feuds about the folks who got banned in the past, and because of that I am very cautious about making overt statements for and against any such thing without knowing more about the entire issues involved.

But I have never seen this Researcher act in such a way as to make me think he is interested in genuine discussion of the type Douglas Adams meant to promote, or which the Unitedkingdomese ratepayer (through the administration of the BBC) means to foster. He is an annoying timewaster, and violates the DNA Hub and H2G2 rule against spamming repeatedly.
