My daughter is doing a school project on Gladiators and their weapons/training/lives. Could you please suggest a Latin translation of eg "The Life and Times of a Roman Gladiator by ...." or something of that ilk. Thanks very much

For this gladiator thing I suggest:
"Commentariolum de Vita et Temporibus Gladiatoris Romani"
(A Short Treatise on the Life and Times of a Roman Gladiator)
"ab [name] scriptum"
(written by ...)
{or "a [name] scriptum" if the name starts with a vowel or an "h".}

Oops. I got that backwards. It's "ab" if the name starts with a vowel or an "h", "a" otherwise.
