Sorry Feisor and lil, I haven't done much in the way of aceing recently. Currently, my internet connection is so slow that it takes ages to load a page, which is very frustrating. Normal service will be resumed, soon, I hope, but I'm not even posting much to my own journal and conversations right now, it's taking me like forever to load a page.

Oh, I drop out frequently, too - if only for seconds, though.

After that posting, I was kicked out for 20 minutes, right in the middle of ACEing!

That's how we both came to be in the same newbies PS. I was in the middle of doing that one when I dropped out

Oh, the newbie will get an impression of where s/he has landed right away.

I cleared it all to 12 hours earlier.

Can I ask you both a question?

Do you get a bit "irked" that there are only about 4 or 5 Aces who bother?

I'm not moaning - 'cause that's what I signed up for but it gets to me sometimes that sometimes it's just we three and there are so many Aces on the list

I know that Welcoming is not all the Aces do but still ....

I sometimes wonder why people don't just hand in their badge if they don't find the time for aceing. I think there's about six active aces, and knowing that it's the three of us who are the most active in welcoming people, I thought I'd let you know why I've not been very active recently. Just so you don't lose faith in me, Feisor.

Personally, I am only 'irked' when I am busy with other things, such as , I find those weekends are when you, Feisor, are left ACEing alone.

That does make me feel guilty

I know that you both do more than your fair share - to be honest, if it wasn't for you both I would feel really in over my head.

RL is giving me the s at the moment but knowing that hootoo is there helps (a little)
