Welcome back, have you got a PC now.
I've just looked on your page U528958 with the Ace badge, and noticed that there does not appear to be to be even one thread in which you have Welcomed a newbie since you have been an Ace. 
IMO you are very lucky that you still your Ace badge.

You'd be best emailing Jimster or Natalie as Peta doesn't deal with the ACE scheme any more. But Emmily does bring up a good point - in order to be an ACE you do have to earn your badge, but if you do need some help you know where to find it

What happened was i had my ACE badge in this name and then has it transferred into that name because i lost the password for this name, and then had to leave about 2 days later 
I dont mind reapplying to be an ace at a later date as im quite busy at the moment anyway
