Hello Aces...am in need of help and i am hoping one of you will oblige or point me in the right direction.
I am Nonametraveller, however when i try to sign in as nonametraveller it does not recognise me as such (old laptop was stolen), it recognises me as another name that i thought was my password, which i fortunately remember. However, in addition to that little problem i cannot remember my password.
I must be close because they let me in tonight.
In addition to that i have new e mail addresses. the only way i can see me getting round that is by taking a chance so one of my new mail addresses is [Personal details removed by Moderator]. I would be very grateful if someone can organise the powers to be to send me my password again or tell me how to change it to one i remember.

Don't you recall your password then which you used tonight? Because 'close' wouldn't have been sufficient to sihn in. You must have used your correct password.
Failing that, the best way is to send an email with as many details as you can remember to h2g2support AT bbc DOT co DOT uk.

Sometimes i can be such a moron. Please ignore this posting, on the way out i managed to get my password changed.

But you can't change your password without putting your existing password first.
