ok, i'm trying to put in the pop up conversations bit and am hving a little difficulty. I've put my user ID in, then i wanted it to refresh every couple of minutes so i put '2mm', then i'm not sure what to put on the width and height bits, i want the size to be a long strip down the left of my page but am not sure about how many pixels that is, or even how i write it, something like 500 pixels?

And after i put all that stuff in, and updated my page, no link appeared...can smeone walk me through what i'm doing wrong?

For the WIDTH and HEIGHT you just enter the number of pixels not the word pixel at all. I think you are stuck with the standard 2 minutes refresh and don't have any way to change that anyway. Though you can presumably popup a new window more frequently than that yourself (or perhaps have 2 on the go at a minute apart).

Yeah, thats the place i found but still had a bit of trouble. so how many pixels would be about 3 cm wide by about 10 cm? i'll just leave out the updating bit for now

I would say the easiest way to do it is to ignore all the fancy options and just use the default settings...
