I live about half a mile from the biggest duck farm in the world. It is usually impossible to buy any duck products anywhere in the vicinity, but a friend has just given me half a dozen enormous duck eggs she picked up at the car boot sale at Market Rasen race course.
How to cook?

lots of cake.
I've always been a bit afraid of Duck eggs because they are always described as 'very eggy' which puts me off. I can get a bit 
about eggs.
