I have to agree with you. What is wrong with people of today? Have they not bothered getting out of bed? Have they already gone to bed. I really want to be back home in my bed now. It's too early to be at work.

One hour ago I was cycling to work. This is just about the only time when I am out of contact with the world but I may invest in some sort of plamtop + mobile phone + gaffer tape to deal with that downtime

Thank you for the welcome. PAINT YOUR WAGON has always been one of my favorite musicals and "Wand'rin Star" my second favorite song. My first? "They Call The Wind Mariah." Strange how you can meet someone with interest (I know I spelled it wrong) similar to your own. A movie and a book so completely different. By the way my dog was named Shanghai, she was a yellow lab. 6.15GMT on a Saturday is obviouslt sleepytime. There are 12 of us on-line + 4 "new this week" Wish I had the time to go rampaging all over the site. I could change it completely by the time you get back

I think a big part of there being very few online Saturday was because people were getting ready for the big London meet-up, either by sleeping, or travelling in the general direction of London....
