Beware using plastic wrap that was once used for covering chocolate cake for covering lemon bundt cake,especially if the chocolate cake frosting decided not to leave the plastic wrap from it's previous experience. You will now have chocolate lemon bundt cake--which is fine, if that's your ultimate goal, but call me a purist... Bubble wrap, I've decided, is not an acceptable alternative if a fresh piece of plastic wrap is not available, even if it is the only other thing handy.
