Sorry to go 'off-thread' again but I just have to say, Sue, you may not have hit the international headlines but be asssured that you will have made a difference to someone, somewhere. You may never know it but someone's life will have been affected for the better because of what you did. Don't give up!

i never wanted to hit the international headlines,i hoped that some of my antics and efforts may have made a difference, may be they did for a short moment in time, but mostly they did not.My father gave me a bit of advice, when i was struggling to find my place in the world,he informed me,i was just a grain of sand in a bucket, this advice has always cheered me on,,he was a sand and ballast person, who dredged the English Channel, wrecking all the wildlife,i should imagine i was ill advised. If i ever wrote a book, which everyone does these days,it may be a bit more interesting than one of the modern popstars or footballers, but,a Pinter play would be far more enlightening and would last longer

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
