Ok, so I always have... but can you blame me after this? :
"Metallica has been taking names. The heavy metal band, which is suing music-swapping company Napster for what the musicians say are massive copyright violations, says it has identified more than 335,000 individuals who were allegedly sharing the band's songs online in violation of copyright laws. "

I've heard people on the radio here in Ontario who have had all Napster privileges terminated, and they have been named in the Metallica suit. These are their fans. Some people never have enough money. I believe this should reflect quite negatively on the band and should initiate a boycott of their music.

There have been numerous protests... i.e record burning, etc. already. Nice thing to do to your fans
