Dragonfly. "A poet can survive everything but a misprint"-- Oscar Wilde

Hi, AA!!! Groovy to hear from you!!! smiley - smiley I don't get very many visitors.... ummm... from out of town, that is!! smiley - smileysmiley - smiley

I chose my name because of a poem I wrote awhile back, and a painting I had done my last year of high school, just before Dragonflies became dreadfully popular!!!

Thanks for your interest... what's the scoop behind your own handle!?? smiley - smiley

smiley - smiley...you must let me see your poem sometime and if possible (if you still have it) the picture you drew smiley - smiley...believe it or not i have always loved dragonflies (as well as other creatures that enjoy the water enviroment) to the point that i built a pond in my backyard just to attract them.
my handle, well, i have never really had anyone ask me that question before but i will be glad to explain it as good as i can smiley - smiley. all throughout my life i seem to of been the person everyone came to when they needed to talk, they would sit and talk to me for hours on end then ask my advice. now i want you to understand that i would give the advice but always end it with 'do what you think is right in your heart, do not let what i say be the reason for what you decide'. it seems that from what they have told me i am a good listener, i don't know about that but if i can make someone feel better then i am more than happy to do what is needed and sometimes 'an ear to bend' is just what they need. so that is where my handle came from, i only hope that i am not your typical agony aunt who is able to give the advice but never take it smiley - smiley.
