Hi Andr, I noticed you were from Wallasey, I spent most of my youth there (St Albans, Bedes and Marys) just wanted to say hello, so here goes.....HELLO!.

though I didn't get the Albans, Bedes, Marys reference, unless St Mary's is the catholic high school on wallasey village road - where I went to St George's then Birkenhead High.

Yeah I guess St Bedes was a bit before yr time, it was on Breck Road ( I think now its Mosslands) but St Albans Primary is still there in the middle of Liscard. I did go to St Marys College and what a truly miserable time that was. 
I used to live in Wallasey Village.

Mr brother went to Mosslands, my sister to Weatherhead.
I went to St Nicholas' Brownies and Guides in Harrison Hall - lived in Grove Road
