I am Phil, as it says my name is.
I have met you a long time ago in Hyde Park at a meet, the one where it started raining as everyone was walking to the pub (and so everyone got drenched). I think we might well have met on the H2G2 site a long time ago also.

I'm not meaning to hound you, I'm just having a bad-memory month and am curious as to where somene I don't remember at all (sorry) has sprung up from. Especially as another phil has just sprung up in RL and I thought you might be the same one, or not.

I'm very unlikely to be a Phil you know RL as I think that the meet up mentioned (summer 2001?) is the only time I've ever met you (briefly) and I recognised the name in the who's online thing earlier as someone who had been around ages ago but I'd not seen the name online for a long time. It was then that I came to your page and followed the links around and found the viva countdown thing.
I didn't mean to confuse you at all.
How about rewriting the story above to I saw an interesting name in the who's online window and followed some links?
