To calm my nerves I am currently drinking a tea* called Zen. It's from the Tazo series (in case you ever go to Starbucks or Alfalfa Market you might have heard of it).
Zen and Calm tastes quite a lot alike. They both have a mild minty taste. I doubt however that they are helping is developing my spiritual life.
It says of the tea package that Tazo has a way of surfacing (in advanced cultures) at the time of a large change to help deal with the angst of daily life.
This statement fascinates me. How do they know? Perhaps it's not only Tazo that appears but also the knowledge of previous Tazos.
