I'm not guaranteeing that any of these will actually work, but off the top of my head...
(1) Point up at the sky, gasp and ask "What's that up there?" When the warden looks up, steal his/her pencil and eat it.
(2) Offer the warden sexual favours in exchange for not being given a ticket.
(3) Kill the warden (NB: may be considered illegal in some countries).

You'd probably need to have some sort of questionnaire for them to fill in so that you can ascertain what is their inclination.
"Excuse me but before you give me a ticket would you mind answering a few questions?"
"1, What are your views on Judy Garland?"

Not much avoidance of wardens in the last four years.
Another terrific wheeze is to have a blow up mechanic which you leave under the car with the feet sticking out. It then looks like the car can't move and many wardens take pity, bless 'em.

Easy don't park where you can get caught. Or failing that get a Disabled Badge, they seem to be dished out around here to all and sundry. (So long as you fit certain criteria.) Which I will not go into here and now!!!
