Menza, is there anything served here for a) soothing sore heads after last night's after-show party and the three hours of sleep I got last night and b) soothing the sore muscles from shifting scenery around today (and yesterday and the day before and the day before that...)?

I tend not to actually watch a grand prix, I have it on in the background while doing something else.

I suppose that does stop you falling asleep during the 5th commercial break only to reawaken the next time Murray gets excited.

Lets face it, there is only usually about 30 minutes of actual action during the race. The rest of the time the cars just go round and round.

I stopped watching when they changed to ITV as I find adverts too annoying to bother with.
