You mean the pullquote?
There's three quotes here. One that's the subject-headet-thing, the next is the pullquote immediatly afterwards, and the third is the typewriter text at the bottom.

Thought I'd use this thread to say something:
At the time of writing this I only have one conversation on my page that doesn't have you in it, Mike!
And what I find creepy is that there's an article written by you about me, and a dedication to me at the top of your page.
This kinda freaks me out a bit!
So, I guess I must say a good firm official "hello".
We'll be seeing each other a lot more, I can safely assume.
