Going to Court.

To day I went to court as a whitness I am not going to bore you with the details of the case but boy It was very stressfull. I hope I never have to do it again!
Firstly the prosicuter stands up and hes all nice and sweet talk and you begin to relax a bit because you have been up all night worrying about it we asks you sopome questions very simple name age ect.. and then he gos on to chatt about the cace, all is cool and calm.
Then the defience gets up ""ho bugger!!"" thay are nasty creachers
triping you up re-phrazing the question to see if thay get the same answer. That I don't bileve you look in there eyes.
Also you hvae a whole cort room looking at you stairing at you and the bad guy (in thiss case a woman.)is looking at you with fire in there eyes at one point I actualy felt sorry for them.
One thing I was told that helps you is to just look directly at the person questioning you and no one elce don't take your eyes off them and as you do this you soon forget the othere people in the room. Also it un-nervs the prosicuter direct eye contact.
I was only up there for 20 mins but it felt like hours trying to remember every detail and answers you had given.
So to every one who ever has to go to a court weathee to give evidence or to be prosicuted do what it says on the card to speek the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth. It should also say keep it as simple as possible!
