We used to make these jelly shots for parties. Mix a huge drink with vodka and some juice of your own taste (and colour) and mix the drink with jelly powder. You can choose shot-sized moulds or just a big one and place it in the middle of the table.

-oh, this should be served in the beginning of the evening as the gooey structure isn't very appealing if people have had "a few" drinks before

I've found it works best if the jelly is frozen instead of just chilled.
