Got our first real hard frost of the season last night. It killed off a bunch of the vegetables, alas. I ended up making a big pot of frost special soup, which turned out pretty good, so I guess there was a high point to the experience too.
Drove up to Spokane to take a couple of the Microsoft certification tests today. Passed one, probably missed on the other (it's in beta so I won't know for sure for months). I've got to find somewhere other than Spokane Community College to take future tests, though; with class back in session, parking is becoming impossible.
