I'm avoiding working on a book about SQL Server by cruising h2g2 while a storm brews up outside. Today started quite windy, and now it's windy and dark; clouds have blown in to cover the sun. The wind is blowing up our canyon from the river, bringing with it quite a bit of "Palouse Smog": blowing dust and dirt. It's especially bad today because they've been out plowing the nearby fields for some inscrutable farming reason. Hopefully the actual rain will hold off until I've brushed the horse down for the afternoon.
