Actually, I wrote that when I was a bit over-confident. I remember in my first batch of articles to sub-edit, there was a lovely pagre about wine that I decided to accept. But it didn't make it to the official guide 
What happens, I look at the article and decide whether to accept it or not. If I accept it then I make necessary changes, then it goes on to the head honchos, and they decide whether it goes in or not. But it seems that your page is well on the way. Give it a week or so
