I´m a computerfreak, or at least some others call me this.
I play computergames, but I don´t see the difference between a computergame and any other game, it´s just a different way to play. It is what it is -> entertainment. You could say entertainment is bad, but I don´t think you want to say something like this or.....
Ahhh...the first game was designed by a hacker at the MIT not by a slacker in a govenrment operated nuclear power plant.

I agree with Mookie there. Video games can fire up your imagination (and, in the case of games like BMX XXX, your pants as well) and give you insight into another world. I pity people who have only attempted to scratch the surface, and stick to shallow racing and fighting games. People who regard the wonders as "time wasters" I pity even more.
Besides, they're a great way to kill time.

Besides scientists are beginning to prove that they may actually teach importank skills...such as hand-eye coordination, and teamwork in the case of some games like Halo and W.O.W.
