This is Missy, a tuxedo female cat. We adopted her on 11 March, so her birthday is going to match with Douglas Adams'. The cat charity said she is 4 years old and was found in an alley with kittens (rehomed first). She doesn't look or feel like a cat that's been on the streets long, her coat is in great condition, her eyes are clear, she has all her claws and whiskers. It didn't take her long to settle in. She's now ruling the roost, of course. In the morning she plays like a kitten, and she's so small that she's probably 2 rather than 4. But, who cares. The universe has given and we have received this happy, warm bundle of fur to love and protect.

So cute! Lovely that you got to rescue her before she became too bedraggled from being on the streets. Does the charity think the kittens were hers?
