Wayne Osmond was picked once in this game, in 2014 by me.

Is he really the first to die - that's an amazing achievement by that large family. I guess they're not the hell-raisers you get elsewhere in the business.

The Welsh Liberal Democrat politician Jenny Randerson has died at 76.

Baroness Randerson was elected in 1999 and represented Cardiff Central, beating Labour candidate Mark Drakeford for the seat.

She represented the party in the then Welsh Assembly - now the Senedd - from 1999 to 2011 and served in the Welsh Labour-Lib Dem administration of the 2000-2003 Welsh Assembly government.

Sam Moore, the surviving half and higher voice of the 1960s duo Sam & Dave that was known for such definitive hits of the era as Soul Man and Hold On, I'm Comin', has died aged 89.

Laurie Holloway, the former musical director of BBC entertainment shows such as Parkinson and Strictly Come Dancing, has died aged 86.

The pianist and composer was well known to a generation of TV viewers, and also worked with singers such as Petula Clark, Tom Jones and Englebert Humperdinck.

Former Scotland rugby union captain Peter Brown has died aged 83 following a long illness.

Born in Troon to a sporting family, Brown played at club level for West of Scotland and Gala, making his international debut in a home win against France on 4 January 1964.

British actor and comedian Tony Slattery has died aged 65, his family has confirmed.

Slattery was known for his quick-witted improvisations on the popular Channel 4 show Whose Line Is It Anyway?, from 1988 onwards.

The Londoner also played comedic and serious roles in films such as The Crying Game, Peter's Friends and How to Get Ahead in Advertising.
