Looking at the mosaic, it seems obvious that parking was an issue back in the day. The guy in the right is clearly saying:'You cannot park your horse here, Sir! My wife reserved this spot by putting down our towels right here last night already!'
Apparently the people in favour of a parking lot got the upper hand eventually.
Very nice and well preserved mosiac.
