No idea, really. Of course we wouldn't eat an unidentified mushroom

My mother had one rule about mushrooms:
If it grows in the yard, it is not a mushroom. It is a toadstool. DO NOT TOUCH.
Mushrooming is not safe in the US - too much biodiversity. I only eat mushrooms that are grown in caves in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.
