I'm a philosophy student in the UK, what's your line o'business?

I'm not entirely sure who has to pay who the referral fee. Do I pay Terri, or do you, or do we both? How about we all agree to pay each other the same sum, thus ensuring that everyone gets paid but noone actually loses anything?

two degrees. did one in Management. The other in computing...

Aha, well on the plus side at least you GOT a job. They say the question most often asked by philosophy graduates is "Do you want fries with that?"

You have to be a philosopher to know how. It's the first thing they teach you, in fact. Well, second. They teach you that slightly puzzled, contemplative expression first.

ahhh one of those looks eh? I am very skilled on the confused expression. Mainly as it is one of my most frequently used one!

As you hold two degrees, I'm fairly certain that is an unnecessarily self-deprecating remark.

However, even if it isn't, you have yet to learn how to add elements of contemplation to it.

Well...I have been told by differing people that I look like I'm about to say something very profound when I look that way so possibly....I never do, but that's a whole different story!

See, it doesn't matter if you say anything or not. You can get away with having people think that saying "I think I will have a fried egg and some toast, or maybe not." is deep and profound if you precede it immediately with that expression .
