Today has been unsurprisingly dull. Rather like yesterday, and the day before, and not unlike most of the days before that.

Tomorrow I have a day off and that will, one hopes, aleviate the tedium somewhat.

Meanwhile, please accept DULL as my journal entry until further notice.

I notice that you have a very seldom name. Mine, Butlak, is seldom too and, as far as I know, originates in Russia too. I am the only one with this name in Germany, apart from my mother. And I am the last one, as my children have the name of my wife, which I like better. So when I am gone, my name will be gone too, at least in Germany.

You say that your life is a little bit dull. May I suggest something that may bring some kind of action to your life, but don't blame me if it drives you crazy:

Get a girlfriend, or even better, two of them.
Get into computers.
Get children.

You will be wishing to get your dull life back. Or you are as masochistic as I am and get used to the resulting chaos.
