 So, they want to make 31mph as socially unacceptable as infantcide do they? Who are they anyway? _They_ are the media harpies whose sole aim in life is telling the rest of us what to do. _they_ are to be ignored, reviled and refused at all costs. The opion of some self-serving journalist or fawning politician is worth no more (and probably less) than mine. Don't fall for it. 1984 was yesterday.
