Roughly 18 months of recovery and still not quite right. I've looked after myself as best I could, I've been patient, I've paced myself, and this is what I get for it. 
It's okay, I'll get there eventually, and tomorrow I'll do another hour in the pool.
But just tonight, I'm howling at the moon a bit. A lot, to be honest.
