Herenna - southpaw for now Started conversation Sep 29, 2013
While sorting through part of my fabric stash, I unearthed clothes from a few years ago - an embarrassing amount of them.
To be fair, it's only in the last month or so that they would have fitted me again, but even so.
Given my newly discovered excess, I can afford to be ruthless about what I intend to keep. Some will be given away to charity or swapped with others, a few garments have been thrown out, a couple of items need minor repairs, and half a dozen garments will be perfect after I've dyed them.
Because none of the newly found garments which will be kept are essential, I can afford to experiment and be slightly creative for once, at minimal extra cost.
This time last year, I was feeling pretty sorry for myself; this year there's the usual autumn low, but nothing unbearable. Long may that continue.
