Enough mithering, now for something different.

Random card drawn, 10 of coins (10 of pentacles in Tarot of the Old Path).

This version of the card shows a well to do youngish couple in green (symbolising the element of earth) mediaeval dress, standing on a circle of grass, with an arch formed by 9 of the coins behind them. The tenth is held in the man's right hand while he holds the woman's right hand in his left hand,; he appears to be offering her the coin, but she hasn't taken it yet. Her left hand raises and bunches the skirt of her dress close to her waistline. They're looking towards each other, but not at each other, and seem happy enough although obviously posing. The gold and fur trimmings on their garments emphasise prosperity or a very special occasion.

To me, this card is about family, relationships, and money - be that a working partnership, an inheritance, a marriage contract or something else. This card can also refer to intergenerational family gatherings.

It's not about the emotional side of a relationship, or it would be the 10 of cups (cauldrons in this deck). Nor do I associate it with a partnership of equals, that would be the 2 of cups (cauldrons).
