Sheil has been up to Leamington Spa. She is now watching TV and using her laptop computer, she has a mug of coffee

fish are swimming about the corys and catfish are resting or hiding same goes for

I have just eaten a chicken roll sanger on wholemeal bread and a banana for afters, I am now pottering about online
Sheil has gone back to bed again as has a migraine head ache
The Tropical Fish have their light on now and doing their normal fishy things.
