A Conversation for meaning of life

Chaos verses order. Perhaps in the grand scheme of things everything is meaningless. However, you can construct meaning and rejoice in the diversity of life and the living.
Constructs are all around us,from the once upon a time and the happily ever after through to the games that we play and the places that we go. Randomness and the chaos of life is part of a rich and varied tapestry.
Deconstructing the art of living is not always helpful and reaching the point of nihilism and angst just means that you might as well stay in bed and not bother.
However, there are good and worthy things to do and see. Paint a picture and your world takes on a new flavour and a new colour. Build something day by day and there will be meaning. Order amongst the chaos.
Once the world stops revolving around the I and the me, then others can enter and life becomes far more diverse.

to be completely honest, I expected there to be an entry for the 'meaning of life' in homage of the h2g2 heritage.
I expected that entry to consist entirely of '42' and nothing more.
