h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Okay I don't care whatever else happens today...it's Remembrance Sunday..the most important day of the year for me.

Later I'll be writing something very tender and feeling about that experience. Not now. It's 3am and I'm slightly drunk on Russian vodka.

But really that tender thing is really what I most am.

I really like this JoMo thing. I think we should carry on as a definite part of h2g2.

So later here about the Russian Forest.

I saw kea's journal just now where she is full on honest about her roles in h2g2 now and for the last few months.

I really felt good and safe about that. She gets it. It's said and done, we can move on. Others should front up honestly..and we can move on. Everyone knows where they are.

It'd be great if there was an entry where all volunteers could do that. Everyone would know the history of what has gone on in the last few months, the roles played in that process and now their present roles. All done totally honestly and in the clear light of day.

I'm going to start a thread on Ask for people to describe their roles now in 'Not Panicking Ltd' h2g2.

I haven't written the Russian Forest piece today.

I shall be writing it. I want to do that tomorrow.

The Remembrance Sunday service at the Cenotaph today was incredibly affecting. It always is, but I can't remember a sunnier and warmer November day for it. And there does seem a kind of national mood intensification this year. And of course we had the riots.

I don't know. But it does feel different this year somehow.

We really do have a death cult culture here on this island..and have had for thousands of years. Sometimes you feel it more though.

Okay haven't done the Russian Forest but here is 'Flowers of the Forest' played at the Remembrance Sunday service at the Cenotaph 2009. It was much the same today.aside from the extraordinary sunny and warm weather we had today. It's coming all up from the south..

I don't want to put words to my feelings much today...to do with this. Too complex.
