I'm fairly sure now that I won't ever be normal again.
Something has got unhinged that won't go back.
Best to accept it.
Its never gone on so long as this before.
And if I'm honest there's no end in sight. So its learning to live with it. Its actually a relief to accept that.

I don't really have anything useful to add, but 
anyway.
If you can work out a way of living with your symptoms (medical word, sorry) then things will be easier if they get better.

Actually I'm wanting to shut this down now.
It was good to express that. But that's done..and in any case I quite like how I am now.
