Man oh man oh man it was good.
Oysters - splashed with tabasco and squeeze of lemon
Glass or two of Pinot grigio
Then Ayran. Drink I discovered on a trip to Turkey.
I make it with
Greek style yoghurt, Perrier and salt.
Followed later by,
Greek style yoghurt, Scottish rasperries and honey
Seriously this is my first really enjoyable food in a month. My taste buds came back.
A bit of a celebration really.
Now I must calm down with these journals
