Yesterday we got all the decision letters done, and the files prepared for applicants we are putting in the Winter Pool, so I have taken the rest of the week off - hurray!
As I managed to get the last few Christmas presents last weekend, I am now feeling a teeny bit bored, and was quite tempted to go into the office after all today, sad person that I am ... Instead, I have done some washing, got some food supplies in (in case more "disruptive" snow prevents me from getting to my sister's on Friday) and now I'm thinking of going into town, if my bike has thawed out. On the other hand, I might just lounge around on my new sofa, read the paper and watch rubbish TV!

Thanks guys - and yes, dagesh, my new sofa *finally* arrived last week (only 8 weeks late ...). I am now in correspondence with the shop about a) compensation and b) an explanation for the delay.
