Who do you think you are?

In preparation for the programme about Rick Stein this evening, he and the film-makers came to my place of work, and talked to our archivist about his mother, who was a student there. I don't know whether this will feature much in the programme, but will be interested to see.

Aw, thanks DKB! Thought the programme was a bit disappointing really - especially because my friend the archivist didn't appear on camera at all, despite having done loads of research for them. They must have to be extremely selective with the material of course: apparently there was a much longer conversation between RS and the historian which ended up on the cutting room floor. But at least there were some pretty shots of the college!
