In case you missed the fuss and palaver in the media, today was the day that students received their A level results. I got into the office at 8.00am and got the first phonecall at 8.05! However, after that it quietened down a bit, and I didn't have any really difficult ones to deal with (I think the Admissions Tutor got those!).
By the end of the afternoon, we were more or less sorted out, although we're still waiting for a few results to be confirmed. Summer Pool tomorrow, for those who narrowly missed the required grades.
It's been a long day.
