Had a lovely night's sleep and a good dump this morning, so I should be in excellent spirits, but listening to Focus this morning the guy was talking about having a family and that has plunged me into the most horrendous heartache, which is persisting for hours. I feel dreadful, my heart is aching and in pain. It's a like a physical ache in my chest. I don't know what to do. Listening to any old bugger on the radio can be dangerous because I can be burdened very easily by a careless or thoughtless word and I have to carry them, that's why I'm a lot more careful how I listen to the radio these days. So, so sensitive.

Now where are my glasses. I can't see. Oh, I don't know where my glasses are but I'm too emotionally exhausted to get up and look for them.

I appear to have lost the habit of scoring. It seems to be a thing of the past. Quite apart from the fact I simply can't afford it any more. Perhaps Ibogaine won't be necessary.
